Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns can only be given on matching set t-shirts and matching set clothing, all other sales final.
To complete your return, we require an order number.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We recommend trying on all items in your order before washing to ensure they fit and that there are no other issues. We cannot accept returns or submit refunds after items have been washed.
An item may be returned if it is sent back:
● unworn
● unwashed
● with original tags and packaging intact
● free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage
The return package must be postmarked back to us within seven calendar days of delivery in order to receive a refund.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. No return form is necessary; all we need with the package is a note including the order number and name associated with the order. Ayla+Maye is not responsible for untraceable or lost return shipments. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking to protect your return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds given only on matching set t-shirts and matching set clothing, all other sales final. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-3 business days.
Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed once received, and 1-3 business days for refunds to be processed to your original form of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
To return your product, contacting us at sales@aylaandmaye.com and if we deem it necessary for the product to be shipped back and a refund is approved, we will provide a ship to address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
When shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
